Eloq AI is a service operated by Paul Daudin Muñoz, contactable at paulmunozdaudin@gmail.com.

Eloq AI lets you record spoken presentations, automatically transcribe them, and receive an AI-generated analysis (scores, summary, recommendations, practice questions, and a rewritten version of your speech).

The feedback you receive is generated automatically and may contain errors, inaccuracies or omissions. It is not professional, medical, psychological or legal advice, and shouldn't be used as your only preparation for high-stakes decisions (for example, a real job interview or an academic defense) without your own additional judgment.

You must be at least 16, or the minimum digital-consent age in your country, to create an account. If you are younger, you need your legal guardian's consent.

You can use guest mode (no account) to practice; in that case your history is stored only in your own browser and is your responsibility.

The transcribed text from your practices and the generated reports remain yours. You grant us a limited license to process them solely to provide the service (transcribing, analyzing, and showing you your history).

Don't upload or generate illegal, defamatory, harassing content, or content that infringes third-party rights while using the service.

You must not attempt to overload, hack, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to parts of the service or its systems. You must not use the service to train competing AI models by mass, automated scraping of its content.

We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.

Eloq AI offers a free plan and a paid plan ('Pro', €12/month). The free plan includes up to 3 practices per month; the Pro plan includes unlimited practices and any additional features listed on the pricing page at the time you subscribe.

Payments are processed through Stripe; we never store your full card details. The Pro subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your profile (billing portal) — you'll keep Pro access until the end of the period already paid for, with no refund for the elapsed portion unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may change the Pro plan's price in the future; if you're an active subscriber, we'll give you reasonable advance notice before it applies to your next renewal.

The design, branding, code and original content of Eloq AI belong to Paul Daudin Muñoz. Open-source libraries used retain their own licenses.

You can stop using the service at any time. If you have an account and want it deleted, email us at paulmunozdaudin@gmail.com. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, notifying you when reasonably possible.

Eloq AI is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do our best to keep it running well, but we can't guarantee it 100%.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we won't be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including decisions made based on AI-generated feedback.

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, and any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Spain.

We may update these terms occasionally. If a change is material, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you through other means.
